What did you learn about Mrs. Hirsch's Button Shop? What can you assume about Mrs. Hirsch? What other story did you think of when you read this chapter?
From the information given to me, I can assome that Mrs. Hirsch is a jew this chapter reminded me of the story, 'The Yellow Star' because it explained that Natzi's took buisnuesses out of order. It also reminded me of 'The Butterfly' because the man who ran the candy store was taken away by Natzi's because the man running the store was a jew.
Her shop was closed by the Germans. She is a Jew. I thought of The butterfly. These two books really go beyond Pixar and Disney on this subject. This subject is hash. Having your business closed because of your religion. This is not comedy these two books get in on this historical event.
The way the store closed is because she is Jewish.The Germans do not like Jews because of world war 1.The Germans had made so much damage they were fined 33 billion dollars to pay back.SO they did not have the money and started making money and blamed the Jews for many of their problems.So they don't like Jewish people cause they thought by that they made a war with the rest of the Jews to get there. revenge. So that is why Mrs. Hirisch is gone.
I can infer that Mrs.Hirsh is a Jew and that her family runs a button shop. I can see though that in the story her family have good friends that want to help her.
I learned that Mrs. Hirsh is a Jew and her button shop was closed by the Nazis and when I read about her it reminded me of the owner of the candy shop in The Butterfly.
Mrs. Hirsch is jewish, so they took her away and most likely killed her. This reminds me of Monseur Marcs from The Butterfly, and how he was taken away and executed.
I can assume that it was a friendly fabric shop. Also, i can assume Mrs.Hrich is jewish. ALSO, for some weird reason, the shop reminds me of the King christchin X book.
