Number the Stars - Questions for Chapters 6-10

      7. That question is a question that sometimes can be a matter of a life of death moment. It is a very serious one that you wouldn't joke about. You might have to think and really concentrate on what your answer is, and if it's the choice you want to make.

    2 The Nazi asks Mrs.Johanson if she is going to celebrate the new year Mrs. Johanson says its only october and he was trying to trick her because if she said yes he would have took her away.

    2 I think that the soldier was trying to catch her off guard into telling if she is Jewish of not.
    3 She told them that because you never know who you can trust and they might report them to the Nazi's.

So if someone found out that Ellen was a jewish they could let a Nazi know and then the Johanson family could get wiped out.

    7.I would say I am pretty brave and I take on challenges, but only sometimes if the challenge is really scary or hard to do I might back down. We can all be brave because we all don't no something.

I used to be afraid of going upside down on a roller coaster, but I finally got the courage to go on one, and I loved it. When I was young, I was scared of heights, and to overcome it, I went on high things all the time, and I now love heights.
