Think about the three primary characters from the first three sections of the book: Despereaux, Roscuro, and Miggery. Describe what the three of them have in common. Use details and examples from the story.
All of them have something incommon what I think it is is that they all have bravery even though Miggery is a human and the other are rats I think they all have bravery inside of them
I also think what all of them have incommon is all of them are upset at something, Despereaux is sad because he has to get sent to the dungeon and his dad doesn't even stand up for him. Miggery is upset because her mother passed away so she is with her Uncle that really doesn't care what she is doing or even care about her. Now Roscuro is extreamly upset at something and it breaks his heart and he isn't himself anymore.
Desperaux has to be sent to the dungeon because he touched the princess and was listening to the king and stood at the foot of the king, the worst part to me was that Desperaux's father was in the mouse council and they said that he either had to go to the dungeon or not so they voted and his own father betrayed his son Desperaux by not voting for his own son
What I think they have in common is they all want to be like the princess they want to be royal.Another think they have in common is they all had something bad happen to them and have some one dislike them and they all have been down to the "deep downs". but one was not scared at all.

Roscuro has a broken heart because of humans and how they hate rats but, Roscuro does not want to do anything. Miggery Sow has one because of her father who traded her for a red cloth, a box of cigerets and a hen and never looked back. Despereaux has a broken heart because of his dad who did not even fight back for Despereaux instead he voted that Despereaux should be thrown in the dungeon because of what he did. There are many deatails that Despreaux, Roscure, and Miggery Sow.
